FOLIO 08 — A LIVING PAGE

What I'm
actually doing
right now.

Last updated May 2026 · Mohali, Punjab

A simple page, updated when something actually changes. No archive, no filters, no clever interactions. Just a snapshot — the ventures, the books, the routine, and the things I'm sitting with — at this exact stretch of the year.

CURRENT FOCUS — 5 THINGS

This week's desk.

In rough order of how much of my Sunday evening they're occupying. Some are work. Some are not. None are decided yet.

01 — Build

Blackflow.Design — v2 studio site.

Re-doing our own site for the third time in a year. Embarrassing — and apparently necessary. Shipping a tighter case-study format and finally publishing the pricing page.

In progress · Wk 03
02 — Hire

Looking for a second producer at USMMA.

The agency has more demand than throughput. Trying to hire someone who's actually shipped things before, not someone with a clean PDF resume.

Reading applicants
03 — Write

A thesis for the FMCG bet.

Quick-commerce delivery economics in Tier-2 India is a strange, specific problem. Trying to write down what I think I see, before I commit any money.

Draft 02
04 — Study

Final-year exams in 3 weeks.

Heat & mass transfer, two MBA finance papers, and the small humility of remembering that I'm still in school. Trying not to fail anything.

Punjab, IN
05 — Quiet

One thing I'm not shipping.

I won't say what yet — but it's something I usually would have launched by now. Sitting with it on purpose. The patience is the point.

Where the work happens.

I'll replace these frames with real photos as I shoot them — the desk at 5 a.m., the studio whiteboard, the late-night drives, the small embarrassing details. For now, captions only.

Hired the studio's eighth teammate. Quietly proud — eight is a real team now.
Apr 2026
Started writing a thesis for the quick-commerce FMCG bet. Don't expect to launch until late 2026.

First international retainer with a Toronto studio. The portfolio finally pays for itself quarterly.
Feb 2026
Stopped taking on solo logo work at Blackflow. Going forward, full-brand or nothing.
Jan 2026
Wrote the first draft of this site. Threw it out. Wrote it again. This is draft three.
Dec 2025
Crossed 40 brands shipped, all-time. Less excited about the count, more about the repeats.
