I'm 21, from Punjab. I run a design studio (Blackflow.Design) and a creative agency (USMMA), and I'm two years into a Chemical Engineering + MBA degree. Most of this site was built between lectures. The rest is a working record of what I'm doing, why, and what's next.
A small design studio. We build websites for businesses that have outgrown their old one. Started 2023, currently 8 people, mostly remote.
The first one. Started in 2022 as a content agency for creators — now production for small brands too. Where I learned how a company actually works.
A holding company for the things I want to try next: a quick-commerce FMCG brand, an import/export company, and a couple of experiments still under wraps.
“Most websites don't reflect how good the business actually is. Most pitches don't either. I think clarity is the highest form of design — and I'm trying to learn it one project at a time.”
Break the problem down. Find the load-bearing parts. Most business mistakes are just engineering mistakes wearing a suit.
Margins, hiring, hard conversations. The MBA half of my degree turned out to be the part that actually showed up at work.
I'm 21. I don't need a unicorn this year. The plan is to keep building, keep getting sharper, and let the compounding do the rest.
